Outgrown the platform you built on?
We rebuild your app as a fast codebase you own, without your business going offline while we do it.
No obligation • You keep the assessment either way
Five reasons founders call us
If one of these is your week, you are in the right place.
Your platform bill keeps climbing
Usage-based pricing punishes you for growing. Bubble workload units are the classic trap, but every platform has its version.
The app got slow and you cannot fix it
You have hit the platform performance ceiling. The levers that would fix it are not exposed to you.
The feature you need cannot be built
The business moved on and the platform will not follow. Workarounds are stacking up.
You do not actually own your app
Lock-in is a real risk, and investors doing due diligence will ask whether you own your code. Right now the honest answer is no.
The AI got you 80% there and stopped
Replit, Lovable or Bolt produced something that mostly works, but nobody can confidently finish, secure or maintain it.
How we move you without going offline
The switch is the part that scares people. Here is exactly how it runs.
-
We map what you have
A read-only pass over your app, data and integrations. Nothing changes and your app keeps serving customers throughout.
-
We rebuild in parallel
The new codebase goes up alongside the live one, running on a copy of your real data. Your platform keeps running the business while we work.
-
We run both and compare
Same inputs into both systems, outputs checked against each other. You see the new one working on your own data before anything moves.
-
We cut over
A planned switch measured in minutes, at a time you choose. The old platform stays up untouched until you are happy, so the move is reversible.
Your existing platform stays live and paid up until the day you decide to turn it off.
We migrate from
Classic no-code, low-code, and the newer AI builders.
Not listed? We have almost certainly seen it. Ask anyway.
Questions we get asked
The things worth knowing before you talk to anyone about moving.
- What does a migration cost?
- It depends on how much your app does, so we quote after a free assessment rather than guessing. The assessment itself costs nothing and you keep it even if you walk away.
- How long does it take?
- Most migrations run four to twelve weeks depending on complexity. You get a firm timeline with the quote, not an estimate that drifts.
- Will my app go down during the switch?
- No. We build the new system alongside your live one and cut over in a planned window measured in minutes. Your existing platform stays running until you decide to switch it off.
- What happens to my existing data?
- It moves with you. We migrate your real data, run both systems against it, and check the results match before anything changes for your customers.
- Do I keep my domain and integrations?
- Yes. Your domain stays yours, and we rebuild your integrations against the same services you already use.
- What if I want to leave you later?
- You take the code and go. You own the codebase outright, it lives in your own repository, and there is no licence or lock-in holding it. Avoiding that trap is the entire point of migrating.
