Your software does not talk to your other software
Two systems, both fine on their own, and a person in the middle copying between them. We build the part that should have been there from the start.
A scoping call, not a sales call • No obligation
You already know if this is you
None of these are software problems. They are all people doing a computer's job.
Someone's job is copy and paste
A person is the integration. It happens at night and on weekends, and it is the first thing to break when they take leave.
Two systems, two versions of the truth
Your CRM says one thing, your accounting says another, and working out which is right takes an afternoon.
The report needs a spreadsheet
You cannot answer a basic question about last month without exporting two systems and joining them by hand.
The data is a day behind
Something happened this morning and the other system finds out tomorrow, if someone remembers.
You bought the integration and it does 60%
Off-the-shelf connectors handle the happy path. Yours has conditions, exceptions and a field that only matters to you.
It worked until it didn't
A Zap or a scenario that has quietly failed for three weeks, because nobody was told when it stopped.
What we actually build
Four kinds of work. Most of it is the third one.
System to system sync
Records, statuses and money moving between two platforms, in the direction and shape your business actually needs.
The logic in the middle
Not just copying field A to field B. The rules that decide what a stage change, a part payment or a cancellation should mean everywhere else.
Custom API work where nothing exists
A platform with an API and no connector, or an internal system with no public one. This is most of what we do.
Replacing automation that outgrew itself
Zapier and Make are excellent until the logic gets real. Once you are nesting filters and paying per task, code is cheaper and steadier.
Platforms we have worked with
Real deliveries, not a directory scrape.
Accounting and payments
CRM and sales
Field service
App platforms
Messaging
Developer tooling
AI
Not on the list? If it has an API, it is usually a conversation about scope rather than a conversation about whether it is possible.
What one of these actually looks like
A trades business runs ServiceM8 for jobs, HubSpot for sales and Xero for accounting. A quote accepted in the field has to move a deal, stamp a date and end up reconciled, without anybody re-typing it into a second system.
We built six automations across those three platforms, plus the stage logic deciding what each event means in the other two.
What we will not sell you
Plenty of platforms already integrate with each other, properly and for free. ServiceM8 ships Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. Stripe reaches most accounting packages. If a native integration does what you need, turn it on and pay us nothing.
We build the part that does not exist. The system in the middle, the logic deciding what an event means everywhere else, and the cases the off-the-shelf connector quietly does not cover.
If a conversation with us ends in "you do not need us for that", it has still been a good conversation.
How it runs
You see it working on your own data before it is live.
-
We scope it
A call and a look at both systems as they actually are. You get a fixed price out of it, not an estimate that drifts.
-
We build against your setup
Your fields, your stages, your naming. Not a template with your logo on it.
-
We prove it on your data
Every path demonstrated end to end on your own records before it goes anywhere near live.
-
We hand it over
It runs where you want it, on your own cloud account or ours, and you own what we wrote.
Before you ask
Starting with the Zapier one, because everybody asks it.
- Can't Zapier do this?
- Often yes, and if it can you should use it. Zapier and Make are good at simple, linear, low-volume work. They get expensive and fragile once the logic branches, the volume climbs, or you need a failure handled properly rather than retried and forgotten.
- What if our system has no API?
- Then we look at what it does have. A database, a file drop, a scheduled export. Sometimes the answer is genuinely no, and we will tell you that early rather than bill you to find out.
- How do we know it is working?
- A failed sync raises an alert to a channel you choose rather than logging quietly and hoping somebody notices. Silent failure is the thing that actually costs you, because the damage is done by the time anyone spots the gap.
- Where does it run?
- Wherever you want it. AWS, Railway, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, your own cloud account or ours. Putting it in your account means you are never renting access to your own integration.
- What happens when a platform changes its API?
- We build against documented, supported endpoints rather than scraping, which is what usually breaks. If something we built stops working, we fix it at no charge. Changes and new work are quoted first.
- Do you need access to our accounts?
- Yes, to build and test it. Access is scoped to the systems involved and you can revoke it at any time. We will never ask you to email a password.
- How long does it take?
- Most builds are a matter of weeks rather than months. You get a firm timeline with the fixed price after scoping rather than an estimate that moves.
- Do we own it?
- Yes. You own the code we write for you, it can live in your own repository and your own cloud account, and there is no licence or lock-in.
